This restaurant is near campus. It's Ethiopian and Indian. It's owned by a couple. The wife is Ethiopian and the husband is Indian. This time I got Ethiopian. There were red lentils, a yellow dish with beans and some collard greens. And of course injera. It's really good. Everything tastes fresh. I will have to say that Ethiopian is not my first choice when going out, but Bakersfield is really into it right now.
I did have Indian food, too. I had the Aloo Gobi on another night. It was good. I think I wanted something creamy though. It, too, tasted fresh.
